Morning Wake Up Call - London

Morning in London includes the Changing of the Guards. 11:30 am to be precise. Lot's of people, a long wait, but entertaining.

This police officer eventually did crack a smile at one point. When the flag is flying that means the Queen is at home.
The Guards are not just for show, they are made up of different regiments of the Household Division of the British Army and are some of the most elite and skilled infantry soldiers that are currently serving. And of course, they also guard the Queen.

The band is very lively, and at one point broke into an American pop song - can't recall which one - but that was....weird and fun. It's just one of those things you do when you're in London; a living history lesson every day.
